Quiesty Foods Private Limited is committed to the quality of every pack that leaves our facility. If you ever receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, we want to hear about it.

Quality concerns

If you experience a quality issue with a Quiesty product — such as damaged packaging, off-flavour, or a product that does not match the description — please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase.

What we ask from you

  • A clear photograph of the product and its batch code / expiry date.
  • The date and place of purchase.
  • A short description of the issue.

How we respond

Our team will review your concern and respond within 5 working days. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a refund of the purchase price, or further assistance. Refunds, where applicable, are processed via the original payment method or another agreed channel.

Purchases from retailers

For products purchased from a retail store, we may also work with you and the retailer to resolve the issue.

Online purchases

For products purchased through online marketplaces, please follow the return and refund process of the respective platform first. If the issue is product-specific, you may also contact us directly.
